Fitness 101

FitBuff.com is fitness and health blog written by a young man named Brandon from Richmond, Virgina. It is like fitness 101 as he shares his trials and tribulations in maintaining and ideal weight which in his case most of the time was attempting to gain weight. Brandon was always very skinny, and only got skinnier as he got taller. At his full grown height of 6’3″ his weight was only 160 pounds. FitBuff.com is his story of weight gains and losses and also his knowledge of how to stay fit and buff. He shares what he has learned There is a focus on just about anything having to do with weight (gain or loss) and physique, food and other health issues.

Fitness Websites

FitBuff.com includes a section on Brandon’s recommendations.  Brandon recommends books, programs, recipes, work out logs, vitamins and more from his own personal experience. The recommendation section of the site includes links to other fitness websites to find products that he reviews or recommends.

Ideal Fitness

The blog articles are all over the map.  FitBuff.com is not just the ideal fitness story or weight loss (or gain) programs but also includes topics that cover everything related to being “fit and buff”. Recent articles include wine and food acidity, goji juice comparisons, side effects of aspartame, natural testosterone boosters, watermelon nutritional facts and more. Brandon covers it all with a flair that makes the articles easy and fun to read.

Fitness Blogs

FitBuff.com hosts a Total Mind and Body Fitness Blog Carnival with listings weekly of health and fitness posts submitted to him from other fitness and health blogs. The carnival links to a vast resource of other “fit and buff” type good blog reads on the internet.

FitBuff.com is a great resource center for people looking to stay healthy.  Brandon does a really nice job keeping it fun, interesting and informative./

    Yes, thanks for sharing the story and I agree on that, to be able to earn some thing just to be focus even it is on fitness, life, knowledge even to be successful just to be focus and have a motivation you can do things you are dreaming of. thank for sharing this blog.Very inspiring.

    I have always had to try to gain weight. I can relate to Brandon. Some people have a weight problem in reverse. I do not have a website but the 6 week diet that you gave me really worked to help me to gain weight. Thanks Deb for all you do. http://www.wowyouarereallylucky.com
